WileyX Twist Lock RX Prescription Insert - Vapor, Vapor Comm, Spear

The prescription insert only fits the SABER ADVANCED, WX ROGUE COMM, WX ROGUE, WX VAPOR 2.2, NERVE, and SPEAR. 

However, for the SPEAR you will also need prescription post (SP29PST) for the prescription insert, as it cannot be mounted without one. 
For the NERVE, you will also need a prescription post (R-8051PST) for the prescrption insert, as it cannot be mounted without one.
