Domestic delivery terms
Delivery time is typically 2-3 business days. After an order has been received, it is packed and sent no later than the following business day, assuming there are no issues with the order such as faulty stock indication. If an order is submitted before noon we always try to get it sent the same day.
If a product is out of stock or if there are other problems with the order we will contact the buyer by phone or email.
An order receipt are sent out after every order. If you do not receive an order receipt, please contact us.
Orders are shipped with DHL or Postnord. You may also opt to collect your ordered items in our store in Åbyn.
Facts and pricing details are given with reservation for print errors and items running out of stock. We reserve the right to alter prices and offers without prior notice.
Orders that are not collected will incur fees for return freight, COD fee if that option is used plus a handling fee of 200kr. We enforce this policy strictly.
International delivery terms
International orders are sent with Postnord or UPS.
Payment for orders are made through pre-payment or through Paypal.
Norway and other nations outside the EU:
No VAT is included at the time of purchase, taxes and customs fees are billed by the customs authorities of each nation.
Domestic delivery options and time estimates
Posten postpaket: 2-3 business days inside Sweden. Tracking information will be supplied via email.
Postnord Recommended Letter: Normal delivery time is 1-2 business day inside Sweden. Weight limit of 2kg apply so it is a good option for ordering smaller items.
DHL Servicepoint: Normal delivery time between 2-6 business days.
DHL Paket: DHL Paket primarily targets businesses and are calculated per agreement.
