The Buck 136 Paklite is a light-weight hunting knife, designed to gut game. Buck did whatever they could to make sure this knife is as light as possible. Scales are missing and where possible Buck added cut-outs to save even more weight.
The blade is made from 420HC steel, hardened according to the famous Paul Bos recipe. Towards the tip the blade is relatively flexible to make sure you can cut close to the bones.
The sheath of the Buck 136 Paklite also only weighs 55 grams. It has room for belts up to 6.5 cm
