The jacket is similar to a model from the Swedish defense.
It has a different fabric blend than the original for better function and a lighter feel. The colors are almost identical.
With 60% Polyester in the fabric, you get a jacket that absorbs less liquid and thus faster drying time. Polyester repels dirt more effectively than cotton. The weight of the garment is also somewhat less, albeit marginally, but can be of great importance on long hikes. The remaining 40% is cotton.
- The fabric has been given a top coating to be water-repellent
- Strong zippers and buttons mean they can be used hard and withstand strong pulls
- The jacket closes with a zipper and has a wind-stopper wing that closes with buttons
