Greys was founded in 1968 in Alnwick, England, and quickly made a name for itself in the sport fishing industry with its fly rods. Early series set the tone with good performance in relation to price, and the range later grew to include lines, reels and clothing. The brand also expanded towards carp and sea fishing, which meant that more types of anglers caught the eye of Greys.
