Information on card payments

We do not save your card number in our system. Only the bank has access to the card number.

Your payment is secured through SVEA WebPay. The card number is sent through an encrypted connection directly to the bank. SVEA WebPay secure server software (SSL) is industry standard and belongs to one of the best software when it comes to secure payment transactions. Furthermore, as one of the first companies in Sweden, we use the new so-called 3D-secure technology.

If you want to pay with American Express, we ask you to choose PayPal and use their card payment service. Nordea has developed a new security solution in collaboration with Visa and MasterCard, called Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode respectively. In the future, it is required that you confirm your card purchase with a card reader, card and the card's PIN code, which further increases security.

When paying via invoice, we cooperate with Svea Ekonomi AB. To shop against an invoice, you must enter your social security number or organization number. A prerequisite for being allowed to shop against invoice is, among other things, that you are registered in the population register in Sweden and are over 18 years of age. You must not have any payment notes. All invoices are transferred by Flashpoint AB to Svea Ekonomi AB. The invoice's payment terms are 14 days. In the event of late payment, an agreed and statutory reminder fee is payable. Late payment interest is charged at 2% per month. In the event of non-payment, the invoice is handed over to debt collection

Deliveries are always made to a registered address, but you can also log in with your Bank ID and change the delivery address on your shipment. Your address is retrieved online in the shopping cart. However, if you want to pick up at our physical store in Åbyn, that's fine. However, we will require identification from you.

I have received a reminder even though I have returned the goods.

Can I order an invoice copy?

If you have lost your invoice, you can get a new one from SveaWebPay. To be able to send out a copy of the invoice, we need the following information; Your name, full invoice number or alternatively your person/organization number and which store you shopped in.

Can I bring forward the due date on my invoice?

You can contact SveaWebPay if you want to advance the due date on your invoice, provided that the invoice is not overdue. The due date can be moved forward 10 days at the latest. However, this does not apply to account statements/invoices.

Can I split my invoice?

Ofcourse you can! On most invoices from SveaWebPay there is a minimum amount to be paid. Please note that the payment must reach SveaWebPay no later than the due date for the partial payment to be valid. You will then receive an account statement sent to you in the middle of each month until the entire amount is paid in full.

Svea Ekonomi AB offers you to, after an approved credit check that takes place after you have filled in your personal data at checkout, sign an account credit agreement on the terms that appear in the general terms and conditions of the attached account agreement.

An account agreement means that you receive a credit that you can use for purchases from Svea-affiliated suppliers. For each occasion you pay to Svea, you can dispose of the corresponding credit space that you amortize for other purchases during the time that the account credit agreement is valid. The credit offer applies to the amount stated in the account agreement. You choose the credit period by ticking the option that suits you best. You undertake to repay the entire credit within the credit period. This means that every month you must pay at least the amount that appears from the choice you made.

Of course, you can pay more or pay the entire credit at once without this costing anything extra. If you want to use the account credit during the credit period for other purchases - in order for the credit to be fully paid within the agreed credit period - the minimum monthly payment will be increased. The shorter the remaining credit period, the higher the minimum monthly payment. If you want to keep the same minimum monthly payment, you can contact Svea on phone 08 – 51493113 and apply for an extended credit period.

For IT reasons, if you use the account credit for several purchases, Svea will for the time being invoice you separately for the various purchases. Of course, in that case you avoid paying for more than one notification fee per month.
