ASG history

ASG was founded by two friends with a passion for engineering and the outdoors in 1992. In 1998, Johnny Pedersen and Henrik Grobelnik began distributing airsoft equipment in Europe under the name ASG, and soon the company was licensed by big names in "real steel" shooting, including Armalite and Cobray. ASG has also developed strong relationships with major brands such as Mechanix, ICS, Classic Army and Mad Bull by acting as distributors for premium products in many areas. The company has since expanded operations globally with offices in the US and France, as well as a dedicated sales department for the UK and Ireland.

ASG is well known for its high-quality Precision BB line, which includes the Q Blaster, Devil Blaster, Tracer Blaster and the eco-friendly Open Blaster. In the early days, the company launched the BLASTER BB product, a product that soon became a favorite among airsoft fans worldwide. To ensure that only the finest BBs from each batch were used, Johnny and Henrik developed specialized selection processes with their engineering knowledge, a process still used today to ensure that ASG BBs are the best 6mm BBs available.

A major milestone for ASG was the production of a fully licensed CZ EVO SMG as an airsoft replica in 2014. This was the first time a European company had designed, manufactured, marketed and sold a highly sought after mass produced Airsoft Electric Gun. Today, this "Made in Denmark" AEG is a modern classic, loved by airsoft players and model gun collectors worldwide.

ASG now has its headquarters, design studio, production facilities and warehouse in a large new location in Espergaerde, Denmark, and operates in over 60 countries around the world. The company continues to grow and acquire even more amazing product areas and licenses, and the ASG story continues.
