Westin's history began in Skutskär when toolmaker Ingvar Westin developed the "Jätte" lure. What was originally created as a toy quickly gained attention among local anglers thanks to its special way of moving in the water. Over time, Jätte became an established pike lure and laid the foundation for the brand that Westin is today.
