Hatsan Vortex Gas Piston Type 2 – License-Required Version
The Hatsan Vortex Gas Piston Type 2 is an original Hatsan gas piston designed for compatible Hatsan air rifles. Replacing a conventional spring with a Vortex gas piston can significantly change the rifle’s shooting characteristics, providing a smoother and more consistent shooting experience.

Hatsan manufactures its Vortex gas pistons in-house and develops them specifically for use with its own air rifle models. The Vortex system uses air as the filling medium.
Vortex gas pistons are available in five versions and in two power configurations: original/full-power specification and maximum 10J specification.

This Type 2 version is intended for applications where the resulting air rifle may be subject to firearms licensing requirements. Replacing internal power-system components can change the muzzle energy of an air rifle.
