Originally developed as a police duty pistol, the legendary HK P7 is equipped with a unique grip cocking lever, where the large cocking lever on the front side of the handle must be squeezed, thus cocking the striker. The P7 had no other classical safety. While the early P7 had a magazine catch on the bottom of the handle and a single-stack magazine, the P7 M13 features a ambidextrous magazine catch next to the trigger guard and a double-stack magazine. With the fix barrel, the real P7 was famous for the high precision. The P7 was issued e.g. to the German GSG 9.
The GBB airsoft version is made as a full-metal gun and features the same unique mechanism, where only the actuating of the cocking lever enables the shooter to fire. The cocking lever works as a slide catch as well.
With a playfield-suitable muzzle energy of < 1.0 J and the high grade of authenticity, the P7 M13 is a highly attractive piece of weapon history equally for airsoft players and collectors who are looking for something extraordinary. The strong blowback and the adjustable Shoot-Up underline the high standard.
