The main theme of this knife was two things - a double notch for a firm grip in the hand and a glass breaker. It is made of NMV carbon steel (AISI o2 - 1.2842) with a thickness of 4.4 mm.
The blades are hardened to 58-59 HRC so that the knife is a compromise between high impact strength and good sharpness.
The handle is made of brown micarta (synthetic material) , sandblasted for a better grip in the hand. Fixed with black screws.
The blade is covered with CERAKOTE ceramic paint from the Elite series , this treatment gives the knife an elegant look but also cuts off the flow of oxygen to the steel - at the same time making it resistant to weather conditions.
