Braces made of waterproof Cordura and lined with mesh for better breathability and comfort.
Cordura - a brand of highly abrasion-resistant fabrics. Cordura is most often made of polyamide with a polyurethane coating with a Teflon finish. The creator of the material and the holder of the patent for Cordura is the American company DuPont.
The structure of the fibers and the method of weaving ensure its high resistance to abrasions and abrasions. It is a fabric with high resistance to weather conditions and, thanks to its internal structure, very light. The outer (right) side of the fabric is coated with a Teflon layer.
Compared to other types of tapes (polyester, polypropylene, cotton), polyamide tapes have the greatest durability, aesthetics and one of the greatest strength.
Polyamide tapes are resistant to weather conditions, the color is durable, the tape in normal use will not wear, fray, will not unravel, and protruding threads will not appear over time
An additional advantage is the ease of terminating the tape, which melts under the influence of heat. Considering the stiffness and thickness of the tape, this is the best type of tape end finishing.
