Morlid Inline is a well-thought-out inline lure for coastal fishing, mainly for sea trout, but it also works well for sea perch. The slim body is designed for long casts in windy and harsh conditions, and its lifelike shape mimics small baitfish in fjords and along the coast. While reeling in, the lure wobbles, and when you do a spin stop, it produces a vibrating, sideways falling action that often triggers bites from passive fish.

Here’s how to fish with the Morlid inline lure:
Vary your retrieve speed when fishing with the Morlid; sea trout are often triggered to bite by such changes in tempo.
Feel free to use spin stops as well—this means stopping the retrieve for 1-3 seconds before reeling again. Bites often happen during the sinking phase, as the lure vibrates and glides sideways. It can also be a good idea to fish shallow areas first before gradually casting further out.
How to rig the Morlid:
Thread the main line/leader through the inline lure’s Teflon tube in the middle. Add one or more protective beads behind the lure to prevent wear.
These can also work as attractors. Then attach an oval split ring with a sharp single or treble hook from BKK at the back.
Tips for choosing line:
Use a thin and smooth braided line for maximum casting distance and sensitivity. Close to the lure, it's good to use a fluorocarbon leader. Always keep a little slack in the line when stopping the spinner, so the lure sinks most naturally.
