The butcher set from Brusletto contains a robust knife folder made of cordura material together with a sharpening steel, a Skinner skinning knife and Butcher meat knife. The knife folder can be attached around the waist for easy access to the knives you need during the slaughter. There is room for five knives and a sharpening steel in the holder. Each compartment has a sleeve that keeps the knives safe in the folder. The knives are fastened with a button around the handles during transport.
