Multi-purpose bivouac tarpaulin (Basha/Tarp), which has long been standard with our NATO partners. The Basha can also be used by the long-range reconnaissance troops and other special forces to build camouflaged bivouacs or observation posts, to seal shelters against moisture from above, as simple wind/rain/sun protection in the form of a sloping/pitched roof, sleeping bag cover or simply to cover and camouflage equipment.
The application possibilities are almost unlimited. It is simply secured using bungees (rubber bands with hooks) or cords between trees/bushes that are attached to the numerous attachment points.
- Waterproof coating
- Inside with black, light-repellent coating according to KSK (Commando Special Forces) regulations, not with snow camouflage
- Cordura reinforced corners
- A total of 25 anchor points (8 eyelets for pegs, 14 webbing loops all around, 3 webbing loops on the outside)
- Snap fasteners all around, which allow overlapping buttoning
