HomeGuard W5 WiFi has been developed with extra focus on the video function and is aimed at those who are primarily interested in recording video clips and being able to see live video. It is based on a completely different processor/platform than *other cameras, a platform that is focused on the video properties. This means, among other things, that the camera, in combination with a newly developed motion sensor, reacts very quickly to movement in video mode and has a video resolution in 4K that provides fine quality of the video.

Photo & Video quality:
- True 5MP image sensor * (interpolated up to 32MP)
- 4K video, FullHD with audio recording.
- Photo+Video function, the camera takes a still image first then a movie clip in the specified length, both the movie and the still image can be downloaded in high resolution directly to the app.
The camera delivers very high image quality whether it is day or night. Can be set to take 1-10 pictures in succession upon detection, choose which of the pictures the camera will send. The video quality is adjustable in three different resolutions, 4K ,Full HD 1080P or 720P .
At night, when it is dark, the camera takes black and white images/films, so that the camera will neither scare animals nor be revealed to humans.Adjustable in 2 different strengths.
Broadcast function:
HomeGuard W5 WiFi transmits high-resolution images and video to APP and web portal. .
Image and video are sent immediately after the camera has taken it. If for some reason you want, you can limit the camera to send only a certain number of images per day, from 1 image/video to unlimited.
Along with the image that comes, you get information about the date and time when the image was taken, temperature, battery strength, moon phase and information about whether the image is taken due to the PIR / motion sensor being triggered or a Time Laps / time-generated image or requested via APP.
UOVision HomeGuard W5 WiFi has a modern WiFi module that transmits the images and video quickly even if the reception is weak. All images and video are also saved on the camera's SD card.
Time Lapse, Timer and Motion:
Are functions that optimize the surveillance of properties, homes and workplaces, UOVision is unique in the way it can combine all three functions simultaneously.
Time Lap se is a function that photographs at a certain set time interval, for example, if you set the camera's Time Lapse function to 8 hours, the camera will take a picture / video every 8 hours regardless of whether there is any movement or not in front of the camera. A very smart function if, for example, you want to keep track of a thermometer in the holiday home, or check the status of the camera, monitor a live trap, yes the range of use is wide.
The function can of course be combined with the PIR / motion sensor and with the timer.
Timer allows you to determine which days and times the camera should be active on the motion sensor. Uovision is the only one on the market to have a so-called weekly timer that you can set 4 different times each weekday Monday-Sunday, a very good function when monitoring, for example, a workplace.
Can be combined with the Time Laps function.
Motion sensor & Reaction time UOVision HomeGuard W5 WiFi has a very good sensor with a wide detection range that is adapted to the camera's photo angle. The camera's motion sensor has a long range and sensitivity, it can be set in 3 different modes: Low, Auto and High. HomeGuard WiFi reacts amazingly fast, only 0.6 seconds (on other models 0.9, 1.2 seconds).
The function can be combined with Timer, Time Lapse.
Remote control:
With the APP or the web portal, you can easily control/change ALL settings of the camera FREE OF CHARGE. With the remote control function turned on, the camera consumes significantly more power as it is online to the network.
The function can be set to be active from every half hour up to 24 hours a day.
We recommend using external power or 18650 batteries if you use the feature frequently.

SD memory card:
SDHC cards are required for the camera to work, the camera stores all images and videos on the memory card. The camera supports SDHC memory cards in sizes 32 - 128GB, NOTE! It must have a read/write speed of at least 120mb/s.
Power supply:
Three options: 12 AA/LR6 batteries or 6 18650 batteries.
And external power source, for example: battery or 220v power adapter. NOTE: 12v
Mounting:
The camera can easily be mounted with the included strap on a tree or pole. Wall mount and tiltable tree mount are available as accessories, with the wall or tree mount you can easily align the camera.

The new UOVision W5 HomeGuard WiFi 12MP FullHD is a camera that is based on the same basic concept as other UOVision models but is developed with features that focus more on monitoring the home, office, workplace and storage, etc.
The main difference from other wireless cameras from UOVision is that HomeGuard uses WiFi networks to transmit photos and videos instead of mobile networks (GSM).
